Meet the Team

Kaitlin

Hi. My name is Kaitlin and I have been working for Dr. Markham as a Dental Assistant since 2021. Prior to that I worked at another orthodontic office. 

I live in Horsham and went to Hatboro-Horsham High School.

I like working in orthodontics because it is like art, but with teeth. I enjoy helping people and giving them confidence with a beautiful smile. I also enjoy working with kids. Dr. Markham's office feels like family, and I enjoy the overall vibe.

In my free time I love spending time with my two children - Kennedy and Luella. I also love to crochet, read, snowboard, and go to concerts.

 

Emily

Hi. I am Emily. I work as one of the dental assistants. I love being part of an amazing team that helps people gain confidence and provide them with beautiful smiles.

I live in Warminster with my parents, my three brothers, three cats, and our dog. I went to William Tennett high School and attended Middle Bucks for dental assisting. It is my goal to become a dental hygienist.

In my free time I hang out with my friends and pets. Plus, I love spending time going out with my family. I enjoy watching both the Marvel and the Fast & Furious series.

I like working here because we all work as a team to help deliver the best care to our wonderful patients.

 

Gillon

My name is Gillon and I'm a dental assistant here at Dr. Markham's office. I have been working at this office for over 6 years. I enjoy working with awesome people and treating awesome patients as well! Working in this office is hands on and I like that a lot.

Currently, I live in Willow Griove and grew up nearby n Abington.

When I'm not in the office I like to hang out with my family and friends, shop, and read. Lastly, my dad is a mediocre poker player - that reguarly loses to Rick Makham - this brings shame to the whole family.

Cindy

Hi. I'm the Receptionist for Dr. Markham's office. I grew up in Warminster and I never left. Years ago, I worked for 12 years at another orthodontic office.  

Most recently, I volunteered and worked at the elementary school that my sons attended. Being around kids is awesome. Working for Dr. Markham, I still get to see the happy and smiling faces of kids. I like working here because everyone is kind and friendly.

I have three boys, four if you include my husband. Plus, our dog Dude that we rescued in 2020. If you asked my kids, they would say I like to clean in my free time; but I do enjoy walking, reading, Marvel movies, and Friday night game nights with my family.

 

Rick

Hi. I am the Office Manager for Dr. Markham. I am also Dr. Markham's husband. We have two children, Rebecca and Benjamin. And our mangy looking dog Georgia. Dr. Markham and I met while at Villanova University.

Dr. Markham opened up her office in 2000 and she "volunteered" me to assist her with the day-to-day operations. Prior to working for Dr. Markham I was the Human Resources Manager for an adult literacy non-profit. I have degrees from Villanova and Temple Universities.

I love spending time with my kids and we all enjoy outdoor activities together. We have been to many of the national parks. I am a big fan of Villanova basketball and spend many of my winter evenings going to games.

I am a native of Glenside. Dr. Markham and I live in Abington. We have a victorian era farmhouse that requires a good deal of my attention.
